Nothing everything was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service provided by the hotel staff. Despite my early morning request for breakfast, they kindly served it in my room exactly on time. The hotel facilities were new, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of this hotel is fantastic as it is situated next to a shopping mall in a busy district.

Nothing, no complaints at all. Every aspect of my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, which made our stay bearable. The hotel's location was perfect for us since it was close to many attractions that we wanted to visit. the staff was accommodating and served breakfast in our room at an early time that we agreed on.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was a complete disaster, as the hotel was loud and not conducive to a romantic mood. The shelter on the underground floor was not useful to us as it was just plain creepy.
